People strive to gratify their desires, but it is difficult to accumulate treasure from the physical, external world. On the other hand, when you see the inner world, you will come to realize you have been endowed with the freedom to fulfill the self. Fulfillment of the true self is the most necessary and most important aspect of human life. Yet it is almost impossible to achieve by individual effort alone.
You believe you see things with your eyes. But behind the physical eyes lies the mind’s mirror, with which you interpret the world. When this mirror is distorted and blurred by evil causes, such as behavior, physical and social surroundings, and bad karma inherited from one’s ancestors, these spiritual obstructions prevent you from understanding things as they truly are. The distortions and smudges on the mind’s mirror are the real reason people cannot do things as they wish. Because of this, very few people realize success in life and fulfill their true selves, no matter how hard they try.
You can achieve fulfillment of the true self only when you are freed from the evil causes that have warped and stained your mind’s mirror, and try anew with a clear mind. It is the correct power that is necessary to correct the deteriorated mind’s mirror. Moreover, that power must be hundreds of times stronger than the power that first warped the mind’s mirror. It is the power of the God incarnate. Imagine there is a disk on which a bad song was recorded. To change this song into a good one, it has to be recorded again with a power many times greater than the original power it took to record the poor version.
Many people endure suffering and trouble despite their efforts to improve themselves. This is because they cannot correct their distorted mind’s mirror, nor eliminate evil causes alone, no matter how earnestly they study moral philosophy. Only by receiving the Divine Power can this be achieved. This is why when you receive the great Divine Power, bad karma will vanish, and the mind’s mirror will recover its original state, enabling you to see things as they truly are. It is therefore essential that people follow the great incarnate God and have the mind’s mirror corrected. With this new understanding, individuals should try their best to improve themselves, and by doing so they can achieve their goals in life.
